How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
In this role, you will spearhead the electrical design and systems engineering for our major EPC projects worldwide. You will drive global engineering excellence by contributing to key Oil & Gas and energy transition projects, including Electrolysis, Air Separation Units, MegaMethanol facilities and Carbon Capture plants.
Key responsibilities:
• Design of Electrical System for petrochemical and refinery industry;
• Planning, managing, monitoring, reviewing and approving the discipline’s work regarding appropriate quality, project specifications and contractual requirements
• Analyzing and evaluating technical contract annexes; Preparing the project-specific Electrical Discipline Job Manual including all relevant specifications and considering contractual requirements
• Preparation of project documentation including project specifications, one line diagrams, protection and control schematic diagrams, terminal connection diagrams, substation layouts;
• Execution of electrical calculations including short circuit calculations, power balance, cable calculations, lighting intensity calculations, grounding and lightning protection calculations;
• Preparation of layout drawings (consumer location, cable tray routing, lighting, grounding);
• Preparation of Installation typicals and Material Take-off;
• Coordinates of Package Units, interfaces to other discipline, client and vendors;
• Preparation of inquiry packages for electrical equipment following contractual and project specification requirements;
• Participation in Factory Acceptance Tests for electrical equipment
• Providing input for subcontract including BoQ; Supervision of the erection works;
• Verification of project and vendor documentation with respect to its completeness and accordance with standards, branch regulations and contract requirements;
• Development into Senior Electrical Lead Engineer, Design Authority/TCL Expert;
• Potential mid-term development for other positions as e.g. Engineering Manager, Project Manager.

Competencies and Profile:
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering;
• 5+ years experience in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer;
• Communication and coordination with other disciplines regarding his scope of work and considering the “work flow”
• Reporting to and coordination with the Engineering Manager on matters regarding manpower requirements, schedule, budget, productivity, priorities, technical solutions, and other factors affecting the work
• Ability to work independently on the preparation of proposals and execution of projects for Electrical for domestic and international projects;
• Coordination of vendors, suppliers, manufacturers; Coordination of interfaces with client’s technical discipline specialists
• Fluent in English
• Computer skills, knowledge of applications such as MS Office, ACAD, Dialux,
• ETAP software or other power system analysis software knowledge
• Eager to work in a multicultural team, willing to travel short and long term (3-6 months) to other engineering centers and construction sites worldwide;
• High interpersonal skills.

Skills Required
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer
- Experience designing electrical systems for petrochemical, refinery, and EPC projects
- Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, Dialux, ETAP or other power system analysis software
- Ability to perform electrical calculations (short circuit, power balance, cable, grounding, lighting)
- Experience preparing project documentation: one-line diagrams, protection/control schematics, terminal diagrams, layouts, MTO, BoQ
- Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and interfacing with other disciplines and clients
