The Electrical Execution Coordinator is responsible for improving the reliability and performance of electrical and instrumentation equipment while ensuring the continuous supply of electrical energy to operations. The role focuses on achieving optimal efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and cost performance in line with company production targets and standards.
What you'll be doing
- Provide
on-the-spot guidance and on-the-job training as required for Electrical Technicians, Electrical filters and shift
electrical as directed by the Deputy Electrical Manager Expert.
- Support
the plant in the implementation of plant safety improvement plans by auditing electrical maintenance boxes,pull wire ropes
monthly across the plant.
- Ensures
respect of safety rules and regulation by the subordinate.
- Ensures
the permanent update of personal skills and develops and implements a training
plan for his team.
- Prepares
forecasts budgets (Electrical
consumables) yearly, monthly, adjust as
appropriate with the Deputy Electrical
Manager Expert.
- Establish with Deputy Electrical Manager
Expert the programs of maintenance and
shutdowns according to the production needs across ,Quarry,VRM,Kiln and the Packing Plant.
- Support Electrical Planners in specifications for purchase of spares and monitors the
stock of spares to achieve acceptable level of Working capital.
- Prepare
updated electrical equipment database across the plant, electric motor data,
transformer data ,VSD data and other critical spare part data.
- Ensures
compliance with Environmental & Quality system programs in the department monitor and document all electrical waste.
- Provides Technical and Expert Support to plant
team during operations and in case of a plant fault or breakdown.
Requirements
- Good
knowledge of cement manufacturing process.
- Good
knowledge of product quality parameters and quality control tests.
- Good
knowledge of computer aided systems for kiln and mill operation.
- Able
to take initiative based on sound problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical and instrumentation in an integrated cement manufacturing plant.
- Minimum 6 years’
postgraduate experience
