Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Allen Bradley PLCs including programming, troubleshooting, and system integration

  • Experience with industrial ethernet communication and machine networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, identify root causes, and implement solutions
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial production environments

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians
  • Knowledge of servo systems and motion control

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support electrical and automation systems within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on PLC programming, troubleshooting, system design, and improving operational efficiency across plant operations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in industrial automation along with the ability to support ongoing production, enhance system reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and industrial equipment
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs to ensure smooth plant operations
  • Support automation projects including system upgrades and new implementations
  • Analyze and resolve electrical and control system issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance and production
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability
  • Assist in managing contractors and coordinating maintenance activities
  • Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and changes
  • Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with industrial regulations
