The Role
Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, and supports electrical power systems for distributed maritime sensors. Responsibilities include creating modular DC power distribution architectures, integrating voltage negotiation and renewable energy sources, performing power budget analyses, programming microcontrollers, and designing signal and power PCBs. The role requires expertise with embedded communication protocols, low-SWaP IoT systems, marine electrical environments, and independent system-level troubleshooting. A bachelor's degree, two years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.
