- ABET-accredited Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (higher degrees preferred).
- Bachelor’s + 8 years (or Master’s + 6 years) of aviation electrical/avionics R&D experience plus strong CAD/schematic experience.
- Ability to oversee staff.
