Electrical Engineer II for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for electrical engineering for sustaining manufacturing for Blood testing system.
This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Mishima K.K., Manufacturing located in Mishima and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Technical Operation Group, Electrical team, and report to the Manager of the Technical Operation Group responsible for electrical and manufacturing design for sustaining engineering.

【ポジションの概要】
Electrical Engineer II（電気設計/製造技術）として、ベックマン・コールター・三島のテクニカルオペレーション２グループ電気チームに所属し、製品のライフサイクルを通じて製品の安定的な運用や改善を継続的に行うエンジニアとして、電気設計・製造にかかわる技術的な業務を担当します。
グローバルに展開するベックマン・コールターで、信頼性の高い生産および設計技術を身につけるチャンスです。
責任範囲が多岐に渡りますので、そこから得られる知識や経験により、自身の成長が見込めます。製造部門という重要な役割の為プレッシャーもありますが、やりがい、達成感を多く得られます。
【ご担当いただく職務】
- 血液自動分析装置の電気設計・製造にかかわる技術的な業務
- 製造にて発生する技術的課題について職場間の調整をしながら解決に取り組む
- 部品の仕様変更・生産中止連絡に対する製品の設計検討と再設計
- 設計変更計画の起案と推進
- 生産手順、治具の検討と導入
- 製造不具合の分析と対策

- 英語：英語にアレルギーがない程度のスキル。翻訳ツールを使用して英語のメールやドキュメントを読んだり作成したりすることがあります。

- 電気配線・回路等の知識： 入社後、お持ちの知識・経験にあわせた電気エンジニアとして必要なスキル・知識を得るためのトレーニングを計画・実施。入社後1～2年の間に約40日(電気系社外研修20日＋社内トレーニングフォロー20日)を想定。これに加えて、社内の業務遂行のためのトレーニングはOJTにて実施予定(トレーニング制度参照)
- 英語スキル：読み書きと簡単なリスニング力。メールや会議の内容をおおよそ理解できる。海外のサプライヤやベックマン・コールターの海外拠点とのコミュニケーションに使用。
