We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering with an academic background in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent eng. background) and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Non-Conformance management and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering processes.
Experience in structured and international industrial environments is highly valued.
ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage and coordinate Non-Conformance (NC) processes from identification to closure
- Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Drive and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA/RCCA) to ensure sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, R&D, Suppliers) to resolve issues effectively
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify systemic issues and process improvement
- Interface with suppliers for quality-related issues and corrective actions (if applicable)
- Develop and improve testing procedures for NPI and released products
- Acquire advanced knowhow in technical environment, specifically inertial navigation and data analysis
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in:
- Non-Conformance management
- Root Cause Analysis and RCCA processes
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
- Experience in electronic assembly manufacturing processes (e.g., SMT, THT, testing, rework)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic Knowledge of MATLAB

Annual gross salary from 33.058,74€ and applicable NCBA is Metalmeccanico (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti delle industrie metalmeccaniche private e della installazione di impianti); The salary we're displaying represents only the minimum wage according to CLA applied.
