About the Role

Service Stream are excited to open applications for an Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our Utilities division, and form part of our cohort for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program. You will be predominately supporting our Energy Projects across New South Wales including some in remote areas, so there will be travel required including drive-in-drive-out, and fly-in-fly-out. You will be part of the wider Utilities team, which is our biggest business unit that supports Power, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors Australia-wide.

About the program

Our 2-year program is designed to support your personal and professional growth through a balanced mix of on-the-job experience, learning from others, and structured formal development. Our program features:

  • Annual site visits - providing on the job experiences and exposure to various projects across Australia.

O-Week kicks off in February 2027 from our head office in Melbourne, marking your first day of employment. We will provide remuneration increases every 6 months for the duration of this program, and when you finish you will have a permanent role with us!

About you

To be eligible for the program, you must:

  • Have completed, or about to complete, a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university.

  • Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.

  • At time of application, hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.

  • Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
