Collects and analyzes customer and business requirements for electrical and electronics products and systems. Translates requirements into technical documentation, process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices. Collaborates with Engineering, QA, Testing, and Production on feasibility, acceptance criteria, UAT, and issue resolution. Manages requirement changes, monitors implementation progress, supports product acceptance, performs data analysis, and contributes to electrical, electronics, and process improvement projects.

Job Description:
- Collect and analyze requirements from customers, Sales, and relevant departments
- Analyze product/system requirements regarding functionality, performance, technical specifications, and standards.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for Engineering/R&D teams.
- Develop and manage documents including BRD, FRS/FRD, Technical Specifications, Use Cases/User Stories, Process Flows/Workflows, and RTM.
- Analyze As-Is processes, identify gaps, and propose To-Be processes.
- Collaborate with R&D/Engineering to assess requirement feasibility.
- Work with QA/QC, Testing, and Production teams to define acceptance criteria and verify requirement fulfillment.
- Track, manage, and control requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze root causes of product/system issues and propose solutions.
- Support UAT, product acceptance, and result validation with stakeholders.
- Monitor requirement implementation progress, prepare reports, and identify project risks.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Participate in product, process, and electrical/electronics system improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in electrical/electronics, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or Business Analysis.
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, automotive, electrical equipment, IoT, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Experience in requirements analysis and cross-functional collaboration is a plus
