The Electrical Division Manager will be responsible for developing, launching, and scaling AIS's Electrical Workforce Solutions Division. This role combines business development, workforce strategy, recruiting leadership, customer relationship management, operational oversight, and financial accountability.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience within data center electrical construction, maintains strong industry relationships, and understands both workforce management and electrical contracting environments. This individual will serve as the face of AIS's electrical division and play a critical role in driving revenue growth, workforce expansion, and customer success.
This position is focused on workforce solutions, labor deployment, recruiting strategy, and client support—not electrical contracting operations.

What We Do
The Archetype Strategy operates through Archetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS), a labor-support subcontractor for data centers and other mission-critical infrastructure projects. It provides certified low-voltage technicians, field leads, and project managers for Division 27 and 28 infrastructure work. AIS manages its teams and supports contractors and integrators with project execution, workforce deployment, and operational support across U.S. sites.
