The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $64,000 - $116,400 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do In This Role:
- Performs basic tasks and functions for professional field of work.
- Seeks advice and guidance on nonroutine or problem areas from others.
- Identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.
- Communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills.
- General understanding of project execution and deliverables; Scope, Schedule, Budget.
- Assists in the design of routine systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Ability to learn and show proficiency with Dematic systems, e.g., CAD, SAP, Travel, and other applications.
- Provides assistance in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Aids in the start-up, commissioning, and testing of material handling systems.
- Assist with software PLC emulation and testing of material handling systems.
- Ability to locate and follow Standard Work Practices and procedures.
- Typically, BS/BA Under-Grad in Engineering or Administration.
What We Are Looking For:
- Typically, up to 0-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
- Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of professional principles and skills.
- Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular area of specializations
- Contacts are primarily with immediate manager and others in the group.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration
- 0-5 years of related experience
- Proficiency with PLCs and software PLC emulation/testing
- Experience with CAD
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with start-up, commissioning, and testing of material handling systems
- Ability to follow standard work practices and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- General understanding of project execution (scope, schedule, budget)
- Willingness to travel up to 40-50% to customer locations in the USA
- Ability and willingness to learn Dematic systems and other applications
- Ability to assist in design of routine systems integrating hardware and software
