The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $64,000 - $116,400 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Performs basic tasks and functions for professional field of work.
  • Seeks advice and guidance on nonroutine or problem areas from others.
  • Identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.
  • Communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills.
  • General understanding of project execution and deliverables; Scope, Schedule, Budget.
  • Assists in the design of routine systems that integrate hardware and software.
  • Ability to learn and show proficiency with Dematic systems, e.g., CAD, SAP, Travel, and other applications.
  • Provides assistance in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Aids in the start-up, commissioning, and testing of material handling systems.
  • Assist with software PLC emulation and testing of material handling systems.
  • Ability to locate and follow Standard Work Practices and procedures.
  • Typically, BS/BA Under-Grad in Engineering or Administration.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically, up to 0-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
  • Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.
  • Demonstrates a basic knowledge of professional principles and skills.
  • Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular area of specializations
  • Contacts are primarily with immediate manager and others in the group.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration
  • 0-5 years of related experience
  • Proficiency with PLCs and software PLC emulation/testing
  • Experience with CAD
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with start-up, commissioning, and testing of material handling systems
  • Ability to follow standard work practices and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • General understanding of project execution (scope, schedule, budget)
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-50% to customer locations in the USA
  • Ability and willingness to learn Dematic systems and other applications
  • Ability to assist in design of routine systems integrating hardware and software
