Cut, route, twist, and terminate wires; perform fine-dexterity assembly tasks, trouble-shoot and report issues, maintain 5S and participate in continuous improvement activities and cell meetings. Follow safety procedures and complete assigned production tasks.

- Two plus years of hands-on electrical experience or an Associate in Electronics required.
- Hand tools are provided by NPI as well as specific on-the-job training.
- Must be able to read work instructions, assembly drawings, and schematics.
- Willing and able to work overtime as required.
- Possess problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
