- Lead comprehensive discovery engagements with Electric utility customers to understand business objectives, operational challenges, workflows, technology environments, and success criteria.
- Develop discovery plans, facilitate stakeholder discussions, document findings, and serve as the primary knowledge resource for internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable solution recommendations that align business needs with product capabilities and implementation strategies.
- Create solution descriptions, technical proposals, and response materials for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement activities.
- Deliver engaging, value-based product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases, operational workflows, and strategic priorities.
- Design, coordinate, and support proof-of-concept (POC) engagements and trial programs, including project objectives, success metrics, execution plans, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead solution discovery workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate business and technical discussions that drive customer value.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Sales teams in a collaborative and agile manner to ensure alignment between customer needs, market trends, and product direction.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location. The base salary is $96,000-155,250 annually. This position is eligible for our annual bonus program.
