Richtech Robotics is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer - Tech Solutions Specialist to join our team! This role focuses on providing electrical and technical support for our robotic systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical circuits, embedded systems, and programming (Python & C++) to support our robotic solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical system design, installation, and quality control for robotic systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving electrical and technical issues for customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Evaluate electrical and control system compatibility when integrating new components or software.
- Improve existing systems by reviewing electrical specifications, assessing circuit designs, and making recommendations for enhancements.
- Conduct testing and validation of electrical components to ensure system reliability.
- Provide technical guidance on power distribution, PCB design, and wiring for robotic systems.
- Maintain client confidence by handling sensitive information securely.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides for installations and troubleshooting.
- Assist in on-site product installations and ensure proper system setup.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred).
- Experience with electrical circuits, embedded systems, and power distribution.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of robotics, automation, or mechatronics is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues effectively.
- Professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
- Willingness to work occasional nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites, including out-of-state locations (extra travel compensation applies).
