This role is to contribute to the company's overall goal of building and developing effective, engaging, and creative eLearning content for learners.

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

Develop eLearning course content

Xây dựng nội dụng khóa học Đào tạo trực tuyến

Receiving and analyzing the eLearning needs, consulting the content and form of eLearning course

Tiếp nhận và phân tích nhu cầu, tư vấn nội dung, hình thức thể hiện của khóa học eLearning

Coordinate with departments in the company to develop eLearning course materials and course content

Phối hợp với các phòng ban trong công ty xây dựng giáo trình, nội dung khóa học eLearning

Management, monitoring, quality assurance of eLearning courses: including content development, graphic design, course digitization, and other activities within the course, ensuring the course meets its goals and quality according to the commitment to the management

Quản lý, giám sát, đảm bảo chất lượng khóa học eLearning: bao gồm phát triển nội dung, thiết kế đồ họa, số hóa khóa học và các hoạt động khác trong khóa học, đảm bảo khóa học đạt được mục tiêu và chất lượng, tiến độ theo cam kết với quản lý

Participate in building and improving the process of developing eLearning courses

Tham gia xây dựng, cải tiến quy trình phát triển khóa học eLearning

Participate in post-training effectiveness analysis of the eLearning course

Tham gia phân tích hiệu quả sau đào tạo của khóa học eLearning

Design and development training program

Thiết kế và phát triển chương trình đào tạo

Design: Needs analysis, design, and evaluation of programs for different audiences

Thiết kế: Phân tích nhu cầu, thiết kế, và đánh giá các chương trình dành cho các đối tượng khác nhau

Compliance: Ensure training programs are designed, managed and developed with high quality, on time, and in compliance with the Training and Development Division (SOP) Compliance Procedure.

Tuân thủ: Đảm bảo các chương trình đào tạo được thiết kế, quản lý và phát triển với chất lượng cao, kịp thời và tuân thủ theo Quy trình tuân thủ của Bộ phận Huấn luyện và Phát triển (SOP).

Training: Training when having request from stakeholders

Đứng lớp: Đứng lớp khi có đề xuất từ các bên liên quan

Perform other tasks / projects assigned by Manager Levels

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ/ dự án khác được giao bởi các Cấp Quản lý

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Qualifications / Bằng cấp

At least with Diploma degree in Life Insurance, Business, Law, Training Management or Economics with at least 5 years’ experience in sales, human resources, or training.

Tốt nghiệp đại học trong lĩnh vực Bảo hiểm nhân thọ, Kinh doanh, Luật, Quản lý đào tạo hoặc Kinh tế với tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng, nhân sự hoặc đào tạo

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng

Good knowledge in Life Insurance, Training, Sales, Marketing, eLearning

Kiến thức tốt về Bảo hiểm nhân thọ, Hoạt động đào tạo, Bán hàng, Marketing, eLearning

Proficient in of writing content, writing scripts, writing dialogue for eLearning course

Kỹ năng xây dựng nội dung, viết kịch bản, viết lời thoại cho khóa học trực tuyến

Visualization of data, graphics, the user interface and the finished product

Biết trực quan hóa dữ liệu, bảng biểu, giao diện người dùng và sản phẩm cuối cùng

Designing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

Thiết kế được các bài tập và hoạt động nhằm cải thiện quá trình học tập

Proficient in visualization and demonstration techniques in eLearning course

Thành thạo các kỹ thuật visualization, demonstration trong đào tạo trực tuyến

Experience in using eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Adobe Captivate ...) is an advantage.

Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các phần mềm xây dựng bài giảng eLearning (Articulate Storyline, Rise Articulate, Smart Builder, iSpring, Adobe Captivate…) là một ưu điểm

Good commands of English to adapt regional content to Vietnam
