Ihre Aufgaben sindRüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von Spritzgussmaschinen und automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen verschiedener Hersteller
Überwachen der Kunststoffspritzprozesse, Durchführen von Prozessoptimierungen und Störungsbehebung
Dokumentieren von Fertigungszeiten, -mengen und -ausschüssen
Durchführen fertigungsbegleitender Qualitätsprüfungen gemäß Prüfvorschriften
Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Validierungen von Spritzgusswerkzeugen
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik und erste Berufserfahrung in einem kunststoffverarbeitenden Unternehmen
Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung und Robotik
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
Sie arbeiten analytisch, konzeptionell und prozessorientiert
Selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten liegt Ihnen besonders
Sie sind belastbar, zuverlässig und arbeiten gern im Team
