Einrichter* FRÄSEN (m/w/d)

Standort: Tuttlingen

Vertragsart: Vollzeit, Festanstellung

Schicht: ja 2- Schichtsystem

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

• Bereitstellen von Werkzeugen, Kontrollmitteln und Vorrichtungen gemäß Anweisungen
• Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Maschinen und Anlagen
• Vornehmen von Korrekturen sowie Störungsbehebungen
• Reinigen von Maschinen und Anlagen und Ausführen einfacher Wartungsarbeiten
• Erstellen und Optimieren von Programmen innerhalb der Prozesse
• Bearbeiten von Arbeitsaufträgen gemäß QS-Richtlinien und Arbeitsunterlagen nach GDP
• Korrektes und vollständiges Ausfüllen der Produktionsunterlagen
• Sicherstellen des ordnungsgemäßen Verlassens der Arbeitsplätze
• Selbst-, Erststück- und Gegenprüfung
• Abarbeiten von Aufträgen nach Fertigungsvorgabe

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich und gerne ein bis zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung
• Ergänzende Ausbildung/Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung auf CNC-Maschinen, maschinenspezifische CNC-Kurse
• Lernfähigkeit, Effizienz/Effektivität, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit
• Schichtbetrieb
