RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operative Unterstützung unseres Einkaufsteams im Bereich Einkauf Gemeinkostenmaterial, Investitionen und Dienstleistungen (GKM)
Einholen von Angeboten und Lieferkonditionen, Angebotsanalyse sowie Vorbereitung von Bestellentscheidungen
BANF Bearbeitung und Bestellabwicklung (Auftragsbestätigung, Lieferterminüberwachung, Mahnung, Rechnungsprüfung etc.)
Betreuung bestehender Lieferanten und Management der Rahmenverträge
Pflege aller einkaufsrelevanter Stammdaten
Archivierung von Verträgen, Auftragsbestätigungen und sonstigen Dokumenten
REQUIREMENTS:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz, Serviceorientierung und Durchsetzungsstärke
