Voor onze productie zijn wij opzoek naar een Eindcontroleur B (XRD)
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het testen en produceren van specifieke systemen, volgens de wensen van onze klanten. Je verricht de eindcontrole conform de specificaties van de klant en zorgt dat het systeem binnen de gestelde tijd gereed is.
Wat ga je doen?- Jij stelt volgens klantspecificatie en aan de hand van testvoorschriften onze systemen, sub samenstellingen en modules samen
- Je controleert en test (mechanisch en functioneel) onze systemen, sub samenstellingen en modules
- Je interpreteert röntgen analytische fouten naar elektronische en mechanische fouten en lost deze op
- Je analyseert meetresultaten en toont de testbaarheid van het systeem aan.
- Je lokaliseert en heft storingen op
- Test en regelt de systemen die min of meer uit ontwikkeld zijn en/of de systemen die minder complex van aard zijn af
- Je voert de werkzaamheden uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen en voorschriften
- Je communiceert met name met directe collega’s, teamleider, planners en afdeling development
- MBO + niveau (Elektronica, Mechatronica of Fijnmechanisch)
- 2 -5 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Basiskennis van de Engelse taal is een pre
- Proactieve instelling, analytisch vermogen, affiniteit met hightech producten
- Gedisciplineerd en zeer nauwgezet kunnen werken
- Zelfstandig maar ook in teamverband kunnen werken

Skills Required
- MBO+ diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Precision Mechanics
- 2-5 years relevant work experience in testing/assembly/inspection
- Experience with XRD / X-ray analytical equipment and interpretation
- Ability to perform mechanical and functional tests and fault localization
- Proactive attitude, analytical skills and affinity with high-tech products
- Disciplined, very precise working style; able to work independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of English
