- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, research and due diligence, and organize data into logical communication and messages as part of client presentation materials
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data for inclusion into client briefings, presentations, and reports
- Support relationships with internal stakeholders and partners throughout the project cycle
- Contribute to the team’s strategic approach to consulting assignments
- Support multiple assignments concurrently, prioritizing deliverables under direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Use PowerPoint, Excel, and other applicable presentation tools to organize and demonstrate recommended models for client presentations
This educational internship is designed to provide hands-on learning experience and professional development in the commercial real estate consulting field. Interns will work closely with our team to observe daily operations, engage in specialized training, and apply academic concepts to real-world scenarios.
Please note this is an unpaid, educational internship. There is no expectation of compensation, wages, or benefits for the duration of the program.
This internship is of a fixed duration and does not guarantee employment or entitle the intern to a paid job at the conclusion of the program. Interns are not expected to displace regular staff, and their primary focus will be on learning and skill-building.
