About the Role
This internship sits within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets business, supporting global investor intelligence and strategic account initiatives. You will be part of a cross‑regional intern team based in APAC and EMEA, working under the direction of the Capital Markets team.
The role focuses on building a broad understanding of global real estate investors, how they are structured, and how they deploy capital across markets and sectors. You will support the development of investor intelligence that helps teams better understand institutional strategies, relationships, and market activity, while gaining exposure to global capital flows and client engagement in a commercial real estate context.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in researching global real estate investors using publicly available information, external sources, and internal materials
Support the collection and organisation of information relating to investment funds, mandates, and institutional strategies
Track and review market and transaction activity using news sources, third‑party platforms, and internal data across service lines
Help organise investor information by strategy, sector focus, geography, and risk / return profile
Support efforts to align investors with relevant assets, initiatives, or opportunities based on their stated strategies
Contribute to the development and refinement of investor intelligence used for strategic account planning and business development
Support engagement with senior business stakeholders to validate information and enhance insights
Collaborate closely with intern peers across regions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of outputs
Provide ad‑hoc research and project support as required
About You
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Management, or a related discipline
Strong research and analytical skills, with an interest in global investors and capital markets
Comfortable working with information from multiple sources and summarising key insights
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Detail‑oriented, organised, and keen to learn in a collaborative, international environment
An interest in Capital Markets or institutional investing is an advantage
