About the Role:
To conduct the primary field survey and interaction with local brokers etc. and to prepare databases of various real estate asset classes.
The candidate will be given research topics. Some of them would be- Luxury real estate overview in India. Major demand drivers, reasons for shift in preferences, profitability and performance of major projects across the country.
List of major real estate-based AIFs (Category-II) in India, their performance, market size and its contribution to real estate growth in India.
Consumption story of India and its impact on different real estate asset classes
India Future: Manufacturing Vs. Services Sector or Both
Know-how of how a warehouse system works and an overview of warehouse asset class PAN India
Mega Infrastructure projects being planned across India and its impact on real estate
Senior Living overview PAN India
Retail Industry trends and research paper on existing and upcoming retail mall supply.
Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc
What do we need from you?
Under-Graduate in Finance / any other engineering discipline may also apply.
Under-Graduate - Marketing / Data Management / Finance may also apply
Good written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced excel skills is essential.
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
