The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

Purpose Statement:  Lead facility Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in accordance with regulatory requirements, and, corporate policies, standards, procedures and objectives. Lead facility involvement, and accountability of EHS issues to assure full integration within Plexus’ business activities. Direct, manage and facilitate activities to minimize EHS risk and promote sustainability.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management system, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Lead department managers, supervisors and employees in implementing EHS improvements, minimizing the facilities impact, driving EHS initiatives and leading 3rd party certifications.
• Provide metrics and reports that support EHS performance and goals while being accountable for employee development and mentoring in alignment with the companies strategy.
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field required.
