Job Description:
The Role:

This role is responsible for efficiently implementing and enhancing EHS programs, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and Entegris Corporate EHS standards within the Taiwan region. This role will collaborate closely with the Taiwan EHS team, manufacturing plant EHS representatives and supervisors to proactively identify, prevent, and address potential environmental, health, and safety issues.

This position is located at Hsinchu office and spend 50% of time at our factories (YMP / EHP ) and laboratories(TTC).
In this role you will:

Report potential risks in the workplace and support the Taiwan plants in executing ISO 14001/45001 system management tasks, which include document compilation, on-site inspections, and audits. Ensure timely reporting of identified issues to the management team.

Regularly review and manage the application and renewal process of permits required for company operations, formulate strategic plans, and ensure meticulous oversight of essential statutory reports related to site projects and ongoing operations.

Regularly review and oversee facility expansion contractor management and health care management programs for contract nurses across various regions. Systematically identify and mitigate workplace hazards and potential risks. Provide assistance in managing contractors as per site operational needs.

Lead the implementation of Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.

Lead on-site incident/accident investigations and develop corrective and preventive action plans.

Coordinate comprehensive EHS training for site employees, take charge of leading EHS audits, and meticulously manage and upkeep EHS records.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

Technical/University degree in Safety, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Labor safety/hygiene manager or administrator and related license for air pollution, wastewater, toxic and concerned chemical substances, waste handling is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in safety or health management within the manufacturing industry.

Compliance experience with EHS regulations, ISO14001 & 45001, RBA, customer audit, etc

Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships.

Knowledge of RCA, JSA, LOTO, Arc Flash, area classification, etc

Basic computer knowledge, including MS-Office.
