Make a difference as Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Manager
As EHS&S Manager, you will lead all aspects of environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs at the Sikhiu Plant. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Thai laws, Ingredion’s global standards, and customer requirements. You will also drive a proactive safety culture, oversee EHS&S performance improvement, manage risk reduction initiatives, and strengthen community engagement and sustainability practices.

What you will do :

• Lead and execute EHS&S strategies, policies, and programs aligned with corporate and regional standards

• Ensure full compliance with Thai regulatory requirements for environmental, health, safety, and sustainability operations

• Conduct risk assessments, process safety reviews, job safety analyses, and implement accident prevention programs

• Oversee and continuously improve EHS&S Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, etc.)

• Monitor EHS&S performance metrics, analyze trends, and drive improvements across key indicators

• Lead site security and sustainability programs, ensuring asset protection and responsible resource use

• Manage site EHS&S audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions

• Drive behavioral-based safety and cultural transformation initiatives

• Develop and deliver EHS&S training programs for employees and contractors

• Lead crisis management, emergency drills, and incident response planning

• Build relationships with local government and community stakeholders on environment, safety, and sustainability matters

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS&S standards are embedded into daily operations

What you will bring :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Management (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 8 years of EHS experience in food or chemical manufacturing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of Thai environmental and safety regulations and international EHS standards

• Experience managing EHSS programs at a plant or multi-site level

• Proven leadership in audits, risk assessments, and process safety management

• Understanding of industrial wastewater treatment systems (preferred)

• Fluent in English and Thai
