EHS Manager and WPS PoC

Job Description

Do you already have extensive experience as an EHS Manager and have an interest to expand your expertise into Facility Management?

In this combined role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental Management while developing understanding and responsibility for Facilities Management.

You will ensure that our facilities operate optimally while supporting our field teams, including remote workers, sales staff, and service engineers. Working alongside an experienced technical team from our external facility service provider, you will learn how to strategically manage our facilities while simultaneously strengthening our EHS strategy. This ensures that the production department operates safely, efficiently, and is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

•       Lead and improve our EHS programme's: from risk assessments and audits to raising safety and environmental awareness.

•       Build a safety culture where everyone takes responsibility, in close collaboration with our occupational hygienist and other key specialists.

•       Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in both fields.

•       Coordinate training and campaigns on Safety, Health, and Environmental topics.

•       Lead Agilent’s third-party Facilities service provider as WPS Point of Contact for Netherlands. Commission maintenance plans, investment proposals, and improvement projects; manage budgets and priorities.

•       Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and regulators on both EHS and facility matters. Coordinate collaboration between our external facility service provider, internal clients, and WPS management.

•       Contribute to data analysis and KPI reporting for both EHS and facility performance.

Qualifications

Your Profile

•       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level, preferably in Safety Science (HVK), Environmental Science, Engineering or equivalent.

•       Extensive experience in EHS management within an industrial or technical environment.

•       Strong interest and motivation to develop skills in facility management and technical operations.

•       Analytical, eager to learn, and communicative.

•       Proactive, with ambition to quickly acquire new knowledge.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
