Job Description:
The EHS Compliance Specialist is responsible for implementing industrial
safety, hygiene, and environmental programs necessary to prevent or correct
unsafe working conditions. Proposes measures to prevent unsafe conditions,
environmental protection to comply with the requirements of the applicable
Mexican regulations and legislation, as well as the internal policies and
procedures in both buildings of the Company.
This position will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with
labor legal provisions by supporting case management, document control, and
monitoring of legal processes. It contributes to the prevention of labor
contingencies and to compliance with internal policies and regulatory
requirements.
2. Responsible for coordinating
everything related to the Fire Department.
3. Ensures to implement in
coordination with EHS supervisor and follow up on legislation and Mexican
standards (STPS) applicable to the Company, such as, but not limited to:

· NOM-019-STPS-2011
· NOM-026-STPS-2008
· NOM-030-STPS-2009
· NOM-035-STPS-2018
4. Ensure the planning and development
required by Civil Protection in accordance with the Emergency Protocols and the
integration of the emergency brigades.
5. Responsible for Preparing reports, presentations,
documents, as required.
6. Responsible for scheduling the monthly fumigation.
7. Support in complying with the “Chair Law” (Ley Silla)
through alignment with internal policies.
8. Analyze, draft, review legal documents related to the
company’s operations and projects, such as, but not limited to:
- Internal management of Summons and Lawsuits from
the Board of Conciliation and Arbitration, Labor Conciliation Center, and Labor
Court.
- Support for REPSE regulations.
- Internal management of child support proceedings
conducted by the Family Court and coordination with Legal Counsel to ensure
compliance with court orders.

Skills Required
- Law degree (mandatory) - must be a licensed attorney.
- 2-3 years of experience in legal, compliance, or EHS-related roles.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Experience with regulatory compliance, due diligence, and legal risk analysis.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor and EHS regulations, particularly STPS standards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
