Responsibilities
1. EHS Compliance, Policy and Procedure Development/ Tuân thủ EHS, Phát triển Chính sách và Quy trình
- Stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental, health, and safety. Ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential EHS risks and non-compliance issues.
- Establish, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines. Communicate with cross functions & employees on EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Review and update policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations or organizational needs.

- Conduct annual risk assessments and hazard identification or in case of change for all the processes across the organization & develop strategies to mitigate and control risks.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement effective controls and preventive measures.

- At least 5-6 years of experience as EHS Engineer/Officer/ Supervisor in a manufacturing company (Electronic is preferred).
- Experience, skills and knowledge in machine safety, electrical safety, LOTO, chemical safety, lifting safety, contractor management
- In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with industry-specific EHS requirements and best practices.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Experience in developing and delivering EHS training programs.
- Proficient in analyzing data and preparing reports.
