- Identify H&S related regulation, and develop relative procedure based on local regulations and corporate standards, drive the procedure compliance;
- Take as site EHS inspection element owner, lead site EHS inspection (internal& external) fully meet the requirements, continuous improve the inspection program;
- Take as site regulated chemical management owner, including precursor chemicals and explosive precursor chemicals, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and company requirements;
- Participate/drive site emergency response and track emergency response drills/records, and periodical track/verify/participate related Tire II(专项应急预案) and Tire III field emergency treatment actions(现场处置方案);
- Conduct daily routine inspection for site, raise field risk exposure and follow the finding/gap closure;
- Stop unsafe behavior, non-compliance operations, not meet procedure compliance requirement behavior/conditions, provide reasonable recommendations;
- Implement and maintain H&S management system, programs and tools in line with regulatory requirement and company Global MS standards to keep safe and stable operations.
- Identify significant opportunities for safety improvement, implementing permanent corrective action as final step to problem solving.
- Support site ISO 14001/45001 system stable running.
- Conduct Self-assessment and EHS Audits.

- Certified National Registered Safety Engineer.

- At least 3-year EHS experience in chemical manufacturing. DG manufacturing environment is preferred.
