EHS Coordinator provides strategic direction and leadership to onsite multi-skilled teams and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of critical data center operations. This role is responsible for maintaining strict policy compliance, managing technical escalations, and upholding infrastructure integrity to consistently meet client SLAs and safety standards.Job Description
About the Role:
- Strong operational governance, consistently meeting client SLA/KPI requirements through structured reporting and compliance management
- Robust HSEQ leadership, ensuring site safety, risk mitigation, statutory compliance, and a strong safety culture
- Effective site and vendor management, aligning contractors and suppliers to performance, safety, and governance standards
- Proactive incident and risk management, including audits, investigations, escalation, and corrective action delivery
- End‑to‑end project support, coordinating client briefs, contractor engagement, and safe project execution
- Stakeholder and account collaboration, working closely with clients, landlords, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service continuity
- Scalable operations and cost control, supporting budgets, work processes, and infrastructure to enable efficient and compliant project delivery
About You:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in health and safety of similar engineering operations sites.
- Professional qualifications to support Health and Safety deliveries.
- Proven track record of similar roles
- Bachelor’s and advanced degree in a related field
- Achieved industry recognized professional qualification in related fields.
- Proven track record of problem solving, critical thinking
- Proficiency in project / Operations management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore), MCIM, Famis 360, BI dashboard tools and other relevant tools.
