Supports the administration and execution of site Environmental Health and Safety programs in a manufacturing environment. Support the administration and execution of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs under direct supervision and instruction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of site EHS programs, policies, and procedures; Maintain regulatory records, reports, and audit documentation; Assist with OSHA, EPA, and internal compliance requirements. (40%)

  • Assist with incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and corrective actions; Support hazard identification and workplace risk reduction activities; Track follow-up actions and compliance items. (30%)

  • Support supervisors, managers, and employees with safe work practices; Support EHS team initiatives related to training, risk reduction, ergonomics, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement activities. (30%)

Representative Qualifications:

  • Jurisdiction-specific regulatory training preferred (e.g., OHSA 30-hour course, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of OSHA and general EHS regulations.

  • Familiarity with incident investigation, hazard recognition, and corrective action processes.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
