We are seeking a motivated Junior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of EHS programs across projects and operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of EHS and sustainability consulting projects under the guidance of project managers.
- Conduct EHS compliance audits, gap assessments, and reviews against local regulations and international standards, including IFC Performance Standards and ADB Safeguard Requirements.
- Participate in environmental due diligence, site investigations, remediation projects, and EHS assessments.
- Analyze environmental, health, and safety data and contribute to technical reports and client deliverables.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and field assessments as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and proactively support project delivery across multiple countries.
- Assist with proposal preparation, business development, and marketing activities.
- Develop consulting skills and build an understanding of ERM's services, clients, and sustainability solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Experience in EHS, environmental consulting, sustainability consulting, compliance auditing, site investigation, or remediation projects.
- Familiarity with international standards such as IFC, ADB, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is preferred.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Thai
- Consulting experience and willingness to travel for project work are advantageous.

Skills Required
