Job title: EHS Advisor

As an EHS Advisor, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.
The role:
• Supporting compliance with federal, state and local EHS regulations and JM policies.
• Helping embed a strong EHS culture across the West Whiteland site.
• Coordinating and supporting EHS projects and program implementation.
• Ensuring EHS requirements are incorporated into SOPs and training.
• Supporting site risk assessments, audits, emergency response and incident investigation.
• Providing EHS guidance to employees, contractors and cross-functional teams.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
• Experience in EHS within a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Knowledge of EHS concepts with ability to apply them effectively.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, software and documentation tools.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Technical vocabulary comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and support multiple departments.
