Summary
The EHR Implementation Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large, cross-functional programs that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role ensures that multiple related projects stay on track, achieve broader business objectives, and drive organizational vision. The EHR Implementation Manager serves as a central point of alignment across internal and external stakeholders, managing resources, timelines, and risk to deliver program-wide success.
Job Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and company vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison across internal and external teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working toward common goals.
- Alignment and Planning: Develop program strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and define a roadmap for success with clear milestones.
- Risk and Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless progress, addressing roadblocks before they impact program outcomes.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and maintain balance across the program.

This is a fully remote position. The employee will work from a home office or other suitable remote location with reliable high-speed internet access.
