Position Summary
The EH&S Workstream Lead will lead the design, implementation, and support of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) processes and technology solutions across ERP and related systems. This role partners with business, IT, and project teams to ensure EH&S requirements are delivered effectively, support regulatory compliance, and enable efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the EH&S workstream for ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and design standardized EH&S processes.
• Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with EH&S regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support training, change management, and user adoption efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and system capabilities.
Required qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science, EH&S, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in EH&S, enterprise applications, ERP implementations, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of EH&S processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EH&S, SAP GLM, Cority, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical, industrial, energy, or life sciences environments.
• Knowledge of sustainability and ESG reporting requirements.
• Experience with cloud-based EH&S solutions and enterprise integrations.
