The Role

About this role

Following business growth strategy Aladdin Client Services Team is expanding with talented potentials. This role is responsible for assisting, managing, and growing relationships of Aladdin Alternatives clients by providing technical expertise to resolve clients’ inquiries and by effectively communicating with other stakeholders in the organization. 

eFront Invest and Investment Cafes software solutions offer the broadest feature set for alternative investment firms. Wide range of software complexity allows development and utilization of technical knowledge and being in client facing role enables enhancement of communication skills. 

This is dynamic role with strong potential of upwards mobilities into our organization.  

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Providing support to our clients by troubleshooting, resolving software issues and delivering solution via ticketing system 

  • Providing analysis of client’s needs and evaluating the feasibility of their requirements 

  • Own overall relationship with assigned customers which includes onboarding client on support model, increasing adoption by answering product questions, ensuring retention by resolving issues, managing client’s backlog, improving client satisfaction by monitoring and respecting clients SLA’s 

  • Developing advanced skills and knowledge in business, functional and technical areas; Documenting and achieving work for future reference; maintaining knowledge base 

  • Reconfigure the system based on clients’ requests 

  • Liaise with development team for client requests such as bespoke development or bug fixing 

  • Prioritization of daily tasks 

  • Work with key stakeholder across the organization to deliver effective customer support 
     

Requirement/Experience 

  • Graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences/ Economy/IT/Mathematics or relevant placement 

  • Full professional proficiency in written/spoken English  

  • Technically proficient, experience of diagnosing root cause and ability of strong analytical, problem-solving skills to problem solve 

  • Experience with any programming language, SQL, VB.net, VBA, JavaScript, .NET, C# is a plus 

  • Great communication and presentation skills, ability to adapt to all styles of people, constantly working on soft skills 

  • Independence in work and decision-making, team-worker  

  • Good time management and an ability to multi-task/balance parallel work streams  

  • Previous experience implementing financial software solution is a plus
