As part of our team expansion, we are currently seeking an Educational Engineer M/F whose role will be to support the professional development of workshop participants and partners around the world.
Your missions :
Design, develop, and adapt technical training content across multiple learning formats (face-to-face, e-learning, blended learning, video tutorials)
Ensure pedagogical consistency and regulatory compliance (primarily Qualiopi)
Maintain and develop Valeo's internal quality standards
Analyze technical training needs based on the audience, skill level, and operational context, and translate them into learning objectives
Design and structure learning paths in collaboration with technical experts, trainers, and market managers
Support trainers and internal experts to ensure a high level of pedagogical quality
Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (completion rates, learner satisfaction, application of skills)
Conduct post-training evaluations and implement continuous improvement actions
Ensure full compliance with Qualiopi standards, maintain the required documentation, and support audit processes (internal and external)
Monitor technological and regulatory developments
Organize training sessions or demonstrations for international clients
Participate in local or international trade shows and client events as a technical training ambassador
