What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
Directly supervise and manage the Education & Training Department. Hire, coach, evaluate, and develop staff while fostering a positive, accountable, and productive work environment where quality is the standard.
Drive Program Excellence
Oversee academic and career-technical training to ensure comprehensive, individualized student support. Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of student data, maintain full compliance with guidelines, and consistently achieve or surpass DOL and company performance goals all while keeping the learning environment organized, clean, and safe.
Build Community Connections
Develop meaningful partnerships that open doors to education, employment, and work-based learning (WBL) opportunities. Cultivate positive relationships with elected officials and community stakeholders, and proudly champion the Job Corps program's mission and image.
Support & Inspire Students
Provide high-quality supervision that promotes positive behavior, accountability, and growth. Deliver exceptional student services while continually seeking ways to enhance the program.
Solve, Communicate & Collaborate
Communicate clearly in writing and in person, identify and resolve challenges with sound judgment, and partner across departments to deliver seamless student supervision and services. Report to and take direction from the Center Director, remaining flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
What You'll Bring
Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in teaching or a related field
- A proactive, motivated mindset and proven ability to lead a team, manage programs, and engage positively with students and the community
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct
Preferred
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- A valid in-state teaching certificate
- Prior Job Corps or related program experience

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree from an accredited school required. Masters degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum of two years experience in teaching or related field required. A valid instate teaching certificate preferred. Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.

They specialize in operating Job Corps centers, providing students with holistic support and technical training to create pathways to success. The company also serves as a contingency contractor for Job Corps centers nationwide, managing both physical and programmatic operations.
