Build Community Connections

Develop meaningful partnerships that open doors to education, employment, and work-based learning (WBL) opportunities. Cultivate positive relationships with elected officials and community stakeholders, and proudly champion the Job Corps program's mission and image.

Support & Inspire Students

Provide high-quality supervision that promotes positive behavior, accountability, and growth. Deliver exceptional student services while continually seeking ways to enhance the program.

Solve, Communicate & Collaborate

Communicate clearly in writing and in person, identify and resolve challenges with sound judgment, and partner across departments to deliver seamless student supervision and services. Report to and take direction from the Center Director, remaining flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
