Job Description:
Education Support Specialist
The Education Support Specialist provides operational, administrative, and customer‑facing support for all agent and departmental education activities, including continuing education programs, webinars, in‑person trainings, and company events. This role ensures that training logistics run smoothly, regulatory requirements are met, and agents and internal teams receive timely, professional assistance.
Responsibilities
Training & Education Coordination
- Manage and process Agent Training Request Forms (TRFs), including confirming dates, times, trainers, and locations.
- Coordinate scheduling across trainers, agents, sales representatives, and internal teams while proactively resolving conflicts.
- Maintain and update the centralized Trainer Education Calendar with complete and accurate information.
- Support webinar and online training attendees by providing connection links, login assistance, materials, and answers to inquiries about upcoming offerings.
- Monitor and manage multiple departmental inboxes (Education, Training, Events), ensuring timely, professional responses.
- Assist with accreditation processes for FREC and DFS, including new course submissions, renewals, speaker documentation, and roster submissions.
- Prepare and maintain required materials and documentation to support compliance with state and industry regulations.
Agent & Customer Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for agents, attorneys, trainers, and internal staff regarding education-related needs.
- Provide courteous, professional communication via phone, email, video conference, and in person.
- Assist with questions about training availability, requirements, and event logistics.
- Manage event registrations, cancellations, refunds, and attendee communications.
- Provide on‑site event support, including registration check‑in, accreditation tracking, and attendee assistance.
- Deliver responsive, solution‑oriented support that reflects the company’s service standards.
Work Expectations
- Maintain dependable, punctual attendance, including occasional in-office or after‑hours event support as needed.
- Work scheduled hours Monday through Friday, with the ability to work overtime when required.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including timely completion of mandatory training.
Qualifications & Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar), Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- High attention to detail, especially in regulatory and documentation tasks.
- Experience in education coordination, event support, or title insurance is helpful but not required.
