Summary Generated by Built In
Our schools support young people who have often been let down by education before. As education support manager, you help make sure every one of them gives those young people the quality of education they deserve.
You work alongside the Education Director on the day-to-day running of the schools and keep a clear view of quality across the whole estate. You audit against the Independent School Standards and the Ofsted framework, coach senior leadership teams, and spot what needs to improve before it becomes a problem. You get into schools, not just spreadsheets: dip checks, learning walks and real conversations.
It is a role for someone who knows special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) education inside out and wants to raise the bar across a group of schools, not just one.
