Owns employer and corporate brand strategy, internal communications, employee engagement, review-site reputation, events, presentations, website content, and employee value proposition rollout. The role partners with executives, recruitment, business development, and external marketing agencies to improve communication, engagement, recruitment outcomes, and organizational culture across homes, schools, and support functions.

Supports school leadership through strategic planning, daily management, staff development, curriculum oversight, safeguarding, SEND provision, behaviour, attendance, compliance, and school improvement. The role includes teaching, line management, performance management, partnership with governors and external agencies, and serving as Designated Safeguarding Lead, with potential SENCO and pastoral responsibilities.

Support students aged 8–16 with social, emotional, mental health, learning, communication, sensory, and behavioral needs. Work alongside teachers one-to-one or in small groups to promote learning, self-regulation, personal development, and positive mental health. Apply trauma-informed practices, manage challenging behavior, use ICT to support learning, contribute to teamwork and school improvement, and promote equality and inclusion.

Support children aged 8–18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a special school setting. Responsibilities include delivering prepared learning activities, providing individual and small-group support, supervising pupils, implementing behaviour and communication plans, recording progress, assisting with resources, supporting PE and swimming, and accompanying educational visits. The role also involves attending training and meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting inclusive access to education.
