Our fantastic Education Services Operations Team is hiring now in Gdansk! As an Education Services Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and executing regular training delivery processes across EMEA region.
If you speak English, like to work with others, and have can do attitude - this might be the role for you!
What you will be doing at Arrow?

• Courses and schedule management in database,
• Resources control - purchase order creation and securing training materials,
• Instructors, vendors and providers contact,
• Operating on training management and financial systems,
• Cooperation with coordination, sales, and finance departments.

What are we looking for?

• Communicative English skills (minimum B2 level),
• Previous experience from a similar position will be an advantage,
• Great communication and coordination skills,
• Independence and responsibility,
• Good knowledge of MS Office, and Excel will be an advantage.
