We’re hiring a EducationSales Consultant who drives the full sales function at EduSmith — from pipeline strategy and team performance to cross-functional collaboration with marketing, consultants, and teaching teams. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, people-first leader who can drive ambitious growth targets while creating a culture where every member thrives.

What You’ll Drive
- Own and exceed ambitious sales targets across a portfolio of high-value accounts, converting premium leads into long-term EduSmith families through consultative selling.
- Manage senior-level client relationships with parents, students, and institutional partners — acting as a trusted strategic advisor throughout the admissions journey.
- Drive pipeline strategy by identifying market opportunities, analyzing sales performance data, and presenting actionable insights to the management team to inform growth decisions.
- Expand strategic partnerships with international schools, universities, and corporate clients — representing EduSmith at high-profile seminars, education fairs, and networking events.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, sharing best practices in consultative sales, product knowledge, and client communication to elevate overall team performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Thai nationality with 3–10+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management — ideally in education, EdTech, or premium services.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build trust with discerning clients including parents, executives, and institutional stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential; additional proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a strong advantage for serving our diverse international client base.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with experience managing a full sales cycle, forecasting revenue, and using CRM tools to track and optimize performance.
- Deep passion for education and student success — you believe in the transformative power of international education and can convey that conviction authentically to every family you meet.
