We’re looking for an Education Engineer to design and deliver the programs that teach developers how to adopt evals and build with Braintrust.
This role blends software engineering with education - you’ll create workshops, courses, and curriculum that scale knowledge transfer across the Braintrust community. Your work will help thousands of developers go from curious to productive in building agentic AI.
What you’ll doCurriculum Design → Create structured learning paths, workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs focused on evals and agentic AI.
Multi-Format Delivery → Build and deliver content across Braintrust Academy courses, tutorials, webinars, videos, and live workshops.
Technical Translation → Collaborate with engineers to turn experimental code and templates into crisp, developer-friendly learning materials.
Community Enablement → Empower developers through scalable programs that combine technical rigor with engaging teaching.
Strong working knowledge of generative AI concepts, agents, and evals; familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM frameworks a plus.
Technical background in software development, ML, or applied AI - comfortable writing code and explaining it to others.
Experience designing and delivering technical learning experiences (courses, workshops, onboarding programs, or bootcamps).
Skilled communicator with a clear, engaging style, both written and on camera.
Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure educational content stays accurate and relevant.
Bonus: experience building developer-focused curriculum at scale (certifications, academies, online learning platforms).
Define how developers learn about evals, a new foundational skill for building AI products.
Create education that will shape how the next generation of developers adopt agentic AI.
