Regional West is seeking an Education Coordinator to help lead employee learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role partners with leaders to identify training needs, develop educational programs, coordinate workforce development projects, and ensure compliance with required training and competency standards.
What You'll Do
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver education and training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Lead workforce development and employee learning projects that support organizational goals.
- Facilitate leadership development, and continuing education programs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess learning needs and implement effective training solutions.
- Track training completion, maintain learning records, and support regulatory compliance efforts.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements that enhance employee engagement and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- BLS certification within one year of hire.
Preferred
- Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience in education, training, healthcare, curriculum development, project coordination, or workforce development.
- Experience with learning management systems and adult learning principles.
