From rhythm and melody to confidence and expression, we help kids explore the joy of music in a supportive and exciting environment.
Job Description :
- Identify and engage prospective families through various channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective families to ensure enrollment targets are met.
- Conduct tours, open houses, and provide program information.
- Assist families with the enrollment process.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and teaching teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Sales or educational consulting (early education a plus).
- A sales-driven, money-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sales and persuasion expertise
- Proficient in CRM systems and office software.
- Preferably minimum 1 years of Direct and B2C sales experience.
- Passionate about early childhood education.
- Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
