Job Title: Operations Assistant

Work Schedule:30-40 Hours/Week

Location: South Bay Area – Must be able to drive to prospective sites and local partners

 

Compensation:

  • $34,320 - $62,400 per year. ($22 - $30/hr)

About Us:

Better Me is a fast-growing U.S.-based learning center brand focused on providing personalized math education through a practice-driven learning system. With proven success in the Bay Area, we are expanding our presence and looking for a Site Expansion Specialist to join our on-the-ground expansion efforts.

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Expansion Specialist to support the identification, evaluation, and setup of new learning center locations. You will work closely with the Site Expansion Director and cross-functional teams to ensure each site aligns with our brand standards and operational needs.

 

Who We’re Looking For

If you’re looking for more than routine admin tasks and want to be part of Edtech new campus expansion and multi-campus project execution, this role offers you a bigger stage. You’ll be the backbone that ensures our campuses run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Project Coordination: Support site selection, setup, and daily operations across multiple campuses. Track progress and push for timely issue resolution.
  • Procurement Management: Handle the full procurement cycle—sourcing, comparing, ordering, and receiving—and build reliable supplier relationships to improve efficiency across campuses.
  • Administrative Support: Manage contracts, payment processes, and inventory records, ensuring smooth operations for multiple locations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Branding, and Academic teams to align needs and drive effective execution.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, procurement, or project management is a plus (experience in education or retail a plus).
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, able to prepare clear reports and workflows.
  • Strong execution and multitasking skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Motivated by making things happen and excited to help bring new campuses from 0 to 1.
  • Bilingual Proficiency (English + Mandarin); No Sponsorship provided
