Intapp is building a market-defining brand, and the content that brings it to life spans a rich, growing ecosystem of teams, channels, campaigns, and voices. This role exists to help ensure alignment of content and message across all audiences and channels, while also ensuring that existing clients receive the content support they need throughout the client lifecycle to become true advocates for the Intapp brand and suite of products.

As Editorial Strategy & Client Communications Manager, you will collaborate with other content developers to strategically align and sequence content across all audiences and channels, and you will have primary responsibility for developing content and communications for our existing customer audiences.

What you'll do:

  • Working with the editorial strategy and content director and the editorial council, help to ensure that what we publish for all audiences and channels reflects a consistent narrative, a clear brand voice and a deliberate, bold point of view.
  • Review content across functions (campaigns, social, web, email communications and client content) through an editorial lens, identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to strengthen narrative coherence.
  • Maintain editorial calendar and track changes to content development schedules and objectives.
  • Help to connect the dots between content produced by different teams within marketing so that launches, campaigns, and narratives are sequenced with intention rather than happening in parallel.
  • Ensure that content is distributed across channels and repurposed across industry verticals to maximize impact.
  • Track editorial KPIs, including engagement rates and narrative alignment, and use those metrics to report on the health of the content ecosystem.
  • Drive customer engagement, adoption, and value realization across the customer lifecycle through development of strategic, timely, and personalized communications, including: Onboarding communications, Feature education and adoption campaigns, Product announcements and release summaries, Platform changes, migrations, sunsets, Service-impacting notices, and Targeted thought leadership and executive updates
  • Collaborate closely with teams outside of marketing to ensure client content is on point and targeted to the needs of client audiences.
  • Ensure quality, consistency and efficiency in content development processes through workflow automation and clear process documentation.

What you'll need:

  • 5–7 years of experience in content development and strategy (ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or professional services), with meaningful experience coordinating content across multiple channels, teams, or formats simultaneously.
  • A background that includes journalism, publishing, or narrative writing is strongly preferred. You understand how stories are built, how audiences consume messaging, and what makes content worth someone’s time.
  • Experience running or contributing to a multi-channel content operation, whether at a media company, a digital publication, or an in-house brand team operating like one.
  • Familiarity with B2B content environments, enterprise audiences, or professional services markets is a plus.
  • Experience building editorial governance, content calendars, or cross-functional content processes at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional and executive teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional editorial judgement: you can read a piece of content and sense whether it’s on-brand, off-message, or missing the point – and articulate why and how to adjust it.
  • A natural collaborator who can work across functions without owning every output.
  • Strong writer and editor, with ability to shape others’ work by collaborating on voice guidelines.
  • Fluent in content performance: AEO/SEO strategy, engagement analytics, and how to use data to improve editorial decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines without losing editorial quality.
