Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy;
- Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases;
- Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards;
- Ensure that the team's routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly;
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes;
- Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed;
- Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1 year of working experience is preferred, Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
- Fluency in English and Mandarin communication, including reading and writing both Traditional and Simplified Chinese, is required to communicate effectively with our APAC clients.
- Highly self-motivated and independent
Work Arrangements
- 5 days a week, 8 hours a day plus 1 hour break time;
- Comfortable for shift schedule, ranging from 8 AM to 10 PM (for example 8AM - 5PM/ 9AM - 6PM/ 2PM - 10PM)
- Comfortable for a roster that may cover weekends, for example, Wednesday to Sunday, or Saturday to Wednesday
