We are now looking for a skilled eDiscovery System Administrator with technical skills in Enterprise IT infrastructure management, design, implementation, and maintenance related to eDiscovery solutions across the organization. This role is crucial in supporting NVIDIA’s global legal and compliance initiatives by managing electronic evidence, digital forensics, and data collections for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters! 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Manage scalable IT architecture, tools, and workflows for use with eDiscovery projects. 

  • Provide primary technical and IT infrastructure support to eDiscovery specialists in matters related to data collection and eDiscovery IT infrastructure use. 

  • Evaluate deployment of Nextgen tools to support eDiscovery team. 

  • Manage cloud and on prem data storage systems for retention requirements and work along with IT teams for eDiscovery storage management projects. 

  • Partner with IT and Security teams in deployment and management of Information and data systems and associated infrastructure. 

  • Work with IT and Security teams for the integration of eDiscovery systems with other platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, archive solutions, case management tools) 

  • Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and regulatory requirements relevant to eDiscovery. 

  • Support forensic investigations, internal audits, and regulatory inquiries. 

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across the eDiscovery program. 

What we need to see: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Information Systems. 

  • At least 5+ years of experience in IT platforms, Linux, Windows servers, Networking and Storage technologies. 

  • Understanding of Source code review platforms and repositories like GIT, Perforce etc. 

  • Familiarity with digital forensic tools and eDiscovery platforms . 

  • Familiarity with common email and document management platforms (M365, Exchange, Google Drive, etc.) and data retention cycles. 

  • Good understanding of data privacy, and cybersecurity principles. 

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:  

  • Programming background that allows for creative approaches to difficult problems and ability to automate eDiscovery tasks with OS level scripting on various platforms.  

  • Advanced degrees or relevant Certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS/AZURE certifications, Linux, networking, storage etc.) a plus
